- Mutton,Red Meat,Fish Fry,Tandoor Chicken.
- Fried Foods- Samosa,wada,dhosa,chips,etc
- Fast foods-Pizzas,Burger's,Canned,Tinned Food
- All types of Soft Drinks, e.g.- Cola,Fruit Juice,Pepsi, etc.
- Strictly stop smoking.
- Avoid oily & Spicy food.
Foods you have to add in your diet-
- Steamed Sprouts or Germinated Sprouts- 3 times in a week
- Raw salads every day, Radish,Cucumber,Tomato,Beet root, etc with slight salt & pepper.No salad dressing.
- Green leafy vegetables- 3 times in a week.
- 1 glass milk per day.
- 3-4 Almonds at morning - 3-4 days in a week.
- Fresh Fruits 4 per day, No Fruit Juice.
